Parsonline as one of the leaders in communication industry of Iran, has always been a big competitor between ISPs for 15 years. Brand attitude was their big challenge, so we went through educating customers about differentiation Parsonline had in comparison with their competitors. First of all we performed a digital campaign which asked people to share their stories about using internet in a microsite. It was also a data gathering campaign. With its data we could start other campaigns which promoted 24-7 call center and whilst other activities like sponsoring national ski team was engaging people in BTL, video production came handy. We believe in 3 dimension advertising, so in second year a 9-month art campaign leads more than 3 million hits to website in its time period and helped us to attract lots of DSL new users (about 30% increase from last year) and also lots of contract extension. It will be continuous through next year.
